Eventfast is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we implement standard security practices, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your event data. You are responsible for managing guest permissions and maintaining appropriate privacy settings for your events.
You must be 18 or older to use Eventfast. You're responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. We cannot be liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
Our pricing is straightforward: Free for up to 20 guests, then $49/month for unlimited guests and features. You can cancel anytime. If you cancel, your data remains available until the end of your billing period. No refunds for partial months.
You can cancel anytime through your account settings. We'll retain your event data for 30 days after cancellation in case you want to reactivate your account. After that period, all data will be permanently deleted.

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, the service may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or technical issues. We recommend downloading important event data regularly and having backup plans for critical events.
